What's Hormone Yoga?
Hormone Yoga is a series of exercises designed to reactivate your body’s natural hormonal cycles. It’s a holistic approach that eliminates the symptoms of unbalanced hormones.
It's for women who experience premenstrual stress syndrome (PMS); polycystic ovaries (PCOS); fertility issues; menstrual disorders; ovarian cysts.
Hormone Yoga also assists in alleviating perimenopause & menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, emotional instability, depression, headaches, difficulty concentrating, remembering, decreased libido, etc.
In this dynamic form of Yoga, women can naturally reactivate hormone production of the female endocrine glands: the ovaries, thyroid, pituitary gland and adrenals.
Hormone Yoga combines elements of classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Tibetan energy circulation techniques that stimulate & activate female hormone production. It includes elements of both active physical practice and deep restorative rest.
Suitable for all levels of practitioner, it's a preventative practice that supports the decreasing ovarian activity & the gradual decrease in production of the two main female hormones: estrogen and progesterone.

Powerflow Yoga is Jen’s signature combination style that blends Hatha & Vinyasa practices which focus breath, sustainability, mobility and embodiment through precise sequencing, and anatomical intelligence.
Specific focus on bandhas regulates and channels the flow of Prana (energy) to purify and remove blockages. This creates nervous system regulation & unites your inner and outer experience.
Powerflow Yoga a strong, potent, and dynamic practice that creates deep levels of calm, strength, flexibility, stability, and mental resilience.
What's Yoga Nidra?
Also known as ‘Yogic Sleep’ or ‘Psychic Sleep, Yoga Nidra is an ancient Tantric relaxation technique. It involves allowing the body to deeply rest and relax while the mind is guided through an awareness meditation. Its goal is to promote a profound state of relaxation. This differs from sleep as one remains conscious and aware of their surroundings.
Yoga Nidra’s benefits promote:
- Deep skeletal-muscular relaxation, which allows for the reduction of physical pain.
- Balance in the nervous system and increase in the production of endorphins, the hormones of happiness, and lowers levels of immunosuppressants, noradrenaline, and cortisol.

Hi, I'm Jen
I'm an accredited E-500 Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Hormone Yoga Therapist, Rapid Resolution Hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master.
I work with women who wish to enhance their wellbeing, skyrocket their confidence, and amplify their connection to their highest self so they can make a healthy, intentional, and influential impact in their families, communities, and our world.
My approach is a combination of the Spiritual and Science sides of life. I practice and study in both worlds so that I can guide my students to effectively elevate their consciousness and recognize that they are the most powerful person in their lives.
I teach from my own healing journey...
I've been practicing & teaching what I share for more than 24 years.
Just before I turned 40, I noticed that some things were shifting in both my body and mind.
What worked for me in my late twenties and early thirties was leaving me feeling frustrated, run down, and stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage as I entered my forties.
It's through my deep healing and overcoming my own hormone imbalances that I've been able to identify and teach the techniques that have helped (and continue to help) me heal, maintain my health, improve my physical, mental, and spiritual strength, and expand my consciousness.
I am on a continuous journey myself, as I'm always studying with various mentors & teachers who inspire my growth & evolution.
It's through this journey of studentship that I can offer you fresh perspectives on the latest and most effective, scientifically supported, therapeutic approaches to healing & personal growth.
